Do you ship worldwide?

Absolutely! We ship worldwide from Melbourne, Australia.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping is FREE Australia wide. International shipping: $30 AUD flat rate.

HOW ARE THE PRINTS PACKAGED?

Carefully! Prints are rolled using gloves and sent either in a mailing tube or cardboard envelope (depending on size).

WHEN WILL MY PRINT ARRIVE?

All prints are printed to order. Please allow 7 business days for your order to be printed prior to shipping.

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS / IMPORT TAXES?

We do not take responsibility for any taxes/customs duties being applied to your order. Customs fees vary from country to country and are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

REFUND POLICY

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. All fine art prints are limited edition and custom printed for you. In the instance that you are unsure about an item please contact us prior to placing an order. 

 If your purchase is lost in transit or arrives damaged please get in touch within 7 days of the delivery date. We will then contact Australia Post to investigate your order and determine whether a replacement is required.
